Who is PATC?

Step 1: Prior Knowledge Disengagement

- PATC is a Filipino.

- Generally, Filipinos talk too much and walk around too much.

- Generally, they have many inefficient ways of doing things. They are no good with the modern world.

- PATC appears as a Superior Mother in most Filipino media.

- PATC is a character who, most generally, appears very nice. Generally, there is no explanation why nothing bad happens to her in the stories.

- She often appears with a round face, a victim mentality, and an epic chase for romantic love.

- Often, her life is just normal. There's generally nothing wrong with her family.
