Why do women not have jobs? Why do they sign up and not get answered?

I think the answer is because of theyŕe sexuality. Or rather, for the lack of assertiveness, women may unintentionally assert their own sexuality. So I think theyŕe may be a lack of written or overtly stated parameters as to the job terms and conditions. Women may not be fit for the job at all if they don´t have it easy being submissive and somewhat subservient at their job. They will know that a job is for them if it looks like their favorite thing to do. I think they will get the job as long as they like the company and their role. What better thing is there for women to do than to enjoy their life and be able to buy the things that they want?

I think they should always strive for things that they like and need and try to do whatever is needed to get them. Want a bike? Try doing some errands for people online. Want make-up? Offer to test out new products. Want stationery? Take up a writing job and write ´til you get the salary you need.

How does one bid for jobs, by the way? It is simple. Bid for the jobs where youŕe most needed. Volunteer to help out a poor person - or sign up for the job that most needs a worker that also makes use of your skills and expertise.

Two types of bidding:

a.) Specific people need you

b.) Or, the world needs you.

Only modernists go for option A whereas most people really do option B.
